The aim of BioPersMed is the identification of specific biomarkers (e.g., genetic, immunologische, metabolic) for disorders in the medical areas endocrinology, heart and circulation and hepatology. With the help of the newest technologies and high tech IT solutions innovative personalised diagnostic methods should be developed. BioPersMed is based on the infrastructure of the biggest clinical biobank of Europe (Biobank of Graz).
