In compliance with the Act of the 30th of January 1947 (Law De Groote), the managing boards (General Council and Permanent Committee) group representatives from the industry, the universities, the Belgian Federation of Enterprises (FEB), the unions and the ministries in charge of research (Federal Ministry of Economy and Regions)."
