Flanders Synergy
Flanders Synergy promotes, initiates and supports innovations in terms of work organization in Flemish companies, social profit organizations and public institutions in order to create more agile organizations (in terms of efficiency, flexibility, quality operations, innovative and sustainable) and improved quality of work (more “active” jobs).
Innovations in work organisation are needed and necessary to consolidate or enhance the economic position of the Flanders region in the global competitive knowledge economy.
Innovations are necessary in order to keep more people active on the labour market, in active and attractive jobs.
Our aim is to create agile organizations. In order to do so we collaborate with all stakeholders who aim for challenging and interesting work.
Flanders Synergy focuses on three levels of activities:
• the creation of new models, insights and instruments related to different aspects of innovation of work organisation (knowledge creation);
• supporting organisations in the preparation and implementation of projects in the field of innovation of work organisation;
• the dissemination of this knowledge and project results to a broad network of stakeholders (knowledge diffusion).
