IncGeo - Incubator for Geoinformation

"IncGEO, Incubator for Geoinformation, is a non-profit organisation founded in 2004 by four research partners: Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Ghent University and the Flemish Institute for Technological Research with funding of the Flemish Government.
IncGEO is an independent entity and works together with its research partners to mobilize the necessary critical mass and to stimulate joint participation in national and international research and innovation projects.
IncGEO’s main focus of innovation is on the development of geo-generic software tools. By combining and integrating the expertise and know-how of its research partners, IncGEO aims at developing software tools enhancing the automation of processes in the fields of geographic database creation and upgrading, change detection and data fusion. Via demonstrator projects with end-users, IncGEO performs the necessary market validation of the developed software tools."
