The network for innovative closed loop recycling technologies 'NiK' understands itself as a platform for waste management. It aims at both innovative and efficient solutions for the avoidance, recycling and disposal of waste by means of preparing, initiating and realising creative cycle technologies and strategies. To this end the 'NiK' supports the consequent linking-up of pure research, applied research and industrial application as well as the efficient transfer of knowledge between economy, science and politics.
