The “Center for Microsystems Technology” (ZEMI) is an association of research facilities located in Berlin that aims to focus the intellectual and technical resources of the member institutes in one location for the benefit of industry users. It is designed as a service provider to help small and medium-sized enterprises in the development, manufacture of prototypes and small series production of microsystem technology products.
