The objective of the grant is the development of a powerful regional electron microscopy centre (EMC), in central and western area of our country, capable of utilizing efficiently the specific research resources existing in the fields of biology, medicine, agriculture, geology, physics and chemistry and the specialization of personnel enrolled in master, doctoral and postdoctoral programes. This EMC is equipped with performant scientific apparatus which assure the accomplishment of the proposed objectives.
