This centre is an autonomous unit for information, training and consulting activities in management for the benefit of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs). It realizes the following activities:

• creating and continuously updating a database for the benefit of the SMEs’ management
• developing an internet-based information system for the SMEs’ management
• poducing and distributing cd-roms with documentation and specific case studies
• organizing training courses and other services aimed at the sustainability of the national centre activities after the grant will expires.
