National Center of X-Ray Diffractometry
Our objective is to provide access to modern structural investigation methods of inorganic, organic and organometallic compounds, for different scientific groups from our country and all over the world, more precisely single crystal X-ray diffraction method, which allows the determination of molecular structures in solid state. Through this we want to raise the quality and the valor of the scientific research activity in chemistry, physics, biochemistry and biology, and this way to facilitate the access to scientific publications in international journals. On the other way, using this structural investigation method for special property materials (superconductor materials, precursors for obtaining liquid crystals, etc.), inorganic or organometallic catalysts, compounds with biological activity, enzymatic models, etc., can clarify theoretical and practical problems as biological processes and processes involving catalysts, interface phenomena which could result in practical applications with economical impact.
