The project had as main target building up a research facilities for multiple users with performant equipments in order to improve research activities, using the research results in the development of the human resources for the higher education activities. The research facilities multiple users allow fundamental and applicative research activities. It will also facilitate the set up of a national network for higher education which can integrate in the international scientific research organisations.
