The project has looked to create a completely new research laboratory for internal combustion engines, provided with a very high complex equipment, all recognized by the international standards, to revamp an existent laboratory for experimental research upon unconventional fuel burning process provided with complex equipment also recognized by every international standard, together with creation of a new complex laboratory for advanced simulation techniques.
