Centre ARI was founded by 14 major Slovenian production enterprises together with the expert groups from the areas of automation, robotics and informatics from Slovenian Universities and Jozef Stefan Institute. The founders of the centre are convinced that modernisation of Slovenian industrial firms is one of the essential horizontal programs for improving the general competitive ability of our industry. The technical areas of industrial automation, robotics and informatics should here play an essential role.
