Cluster Academy Workshop

Clusterland Upper Austria organizes the 3rd Cluster Academy in Linz from 20-22 April 2010. The 3-day workshop gives a detailed insight in our cluster management operations, covering areas of knowledge like initiation and support of cooperation projects, information management, qualification and event management, marketing&PR, internationalisation.

A particular attention will be given this year to the financing mix, important to ensure a sound self-financing ratio of the cluster organisations, as well as to the evaluation and measuring tools of the cluster organisation performance.

This year's academy will also include direct visits to cluster companies (Softwarepark Hagenberg, Rosenbauer International) to find out more about their motivation of being active in a cluster and what benefits they get from that.
