29.01.12 00:00

This meeting brings together key topics for Cluster Managers for effective internationalisation of clusters and their actors in times of great financial challenge.

The meeting is open to all Cluster Managers and support actors and is free of charge.  It is part of the ABCEurope project, which has successfully developed and lunched cluster support activities across Europe Getting Results Internationally

This practical interactive workshop is designed to help you create value for your organization by increasing the effectiveness of your global projects. Learn key tactics to ensure deadline commitment from your partners while reducing costly misunderstandings. Move your projects forward by understanding how to “read” the verbal and non-verbal signals your partners are sending you, and to realize your own better. Create global communication strategies to get the results you need to achieve project success. At the end of this workshop you will have the tools to understand the mindsets and priorities of your international partners better, ideally resulting in projects and meetings that are value-creating, on-time and in budget.
