Self Assessment Tool on Resource Efficiency

The REMake Resource and Recycling Efficiency online tool for SMEs (RRE-SAT) enables SMEs to assess easily and quickly their performance with view of recycling and resource efficiency activities, i.e. of their eco-innovation performance. The RRE SAT is simple and easy-to-use.

The 20 multiple choice questions concern the following topics related to different operational areas of the company:

• Production
• Technologies
• Product development
• Human factors ' Culture ' Organisation
• Storage
• Distribution
• Purchase
• Logistics
• Complaints

So far the Online Tool is available in English and German. Translations into Spanish, Italian and French are under preparation and will follow soon.

After carrying out the self-check you can download an SME-specific benchmark report and compare the performance with the best 20 % in the specific industry group. The benchmark report indicates in which operational areas improvements can be achieved.
