Brussels, July 2011 - REMake has gained increased publicity in the past months during various events held in Hungary. These efforts were made by the Hungarian Scientific Society for Mechanical Engineering (GTE), REMake project-partner, and targeted mainly the Hungarian manufacturing industries.

MACH-TECH, the largest trading exhibition for machinery and mechanical technology manufacturers, took place in Budapest from 17 to 20 May 2001. MACH TECH offers demonstration sites for the most innovative scientific and technology-based results and achievements. During the exhibition REMake was presented in a conference named Factories of the Future, which was attended by 30 participants.

The video presentation "SMEs competitiveness on recycling and resource efficiency" held by AIM is available for download here.

The following week, GTE was again able to create awareness for REMake at the FACTORY AUTOMATION Scientific Conference, held on 25 and 26 May in Gyor. The project was displayed to a public of more than 100 participants. The conference was organized by the Scientific Society for Metrology, Automation and Informatics.

A final striking success in publicizing REMake took place in Budapest from 30 May to 1 June during the EURO-NANO-FORUM, one of Europe's largest nanotechnology events. The event counted more than 1200 participants interested in nanotechnology developments and novel research breakthroughs. GTE presented REMake in detail to national government officers, and hundreds of interested participants.
