Global links for strong research and innovation milieus
One goal of VINNOVA’s activities is to increase the international attractiveness and competitiveness of strong R&I milieus in Sweden. To help achieve this VINNOVA is developing the programme Global links for strong research and innovation milieus.
Innovation is increasingly taking place in global networks of players within research, business and the rest of society. The formation of globally competitive and recognised R&I milieus in Sweden is an important goal for VINNOVA’s efforts.
VINNOVA has found that, among R&I milieus in Sweden, there is a large interest and a need for strengthening the international dimension of the activities and developing a clear strategy for this purpose.
VINNOVA is now inviting players within research and innovation milieus in Sweden to come forward with grant proposals for projects under the call for proposals Strategies for Global Links for Strong Research and Innovation Milieus. The last date for submitting proposals is 30th September 2008.
