European Cooperation Day

For the first time, European Cooperation Day will be celebrated this year on 21 September 2012.

The event is intended to recognise how European Territorial Cooperation helps to bring Europeans closer together, share ideas across borders and find solutions to common problems.

More than 69 European Territorial Cooperation Programmes and external cooperation programmes (Instrument for Pre-Accession and the European Neighbourhood Partnership Instrument) will be participating in the European Cooperation Day.
