TAKE IT UP @ Baltic Dynamics 2010 (Riga, 15-17 September)

At the Baltic Dynamics 2010, TAKE IT UP will provide the Europe INNOVA partnerships with a platform on Voucher schemes as support mechanisms to accelerate the adoption of new tools and services developed in Europe.

On the 15th of September, TAKE IT UP, in co-operation with Baltic Dynamics 2010, will organize a session on "Innovation Vouchers as base-line support to SMEs Innovation activities" where the topic of developing and testing new innovation support services through voucher schemes will be deeply analysed. TAKE IT UP will set up a platform to discuss collaboration among voucher programmes in different regions and will introduce new services under development by the Europe INNOVA projects to Innovation Service Providers and managing Authorities. On the 16th of September, TAKE IT UP will chair a parallel session on "Scope, speed, scale - the next frontiers in the design of innovation vouchers" to develop a common position on a European Voucher Scheme Label and to identify possible policy recommendations to be implemented at EU level, leading to a Riga Declaration (a Joint Proposal for Pan European Access to Innovation Services), in tight collaboration with the European Commission. The event will be attended by European representatives from Innovation Agencies and Innovation Support Providers, EU functionaries, Representatives of ERDF-ESF managing Authorities and Europe INNOVA partnerships.
