• develop an inventory of your own strengths and search for complementary partners.
• benchmark your CRC vis à vis international CRCs in your field of research or technology.  Implement corresponding monitoring mechanisms.
• develop an internationalisation strategy and try to find interfaces with other local actors involved in the internationalisation process.
